Santa 2008
A family Santa break to enjoy! Time for everyone to relax and enjoy a magical two nights of full-board accommodation combined with activities, Christmas celebrations and naturally that all important meeting with Santa and his family, flights, local transfers, use of the excellent hotel facilities and extreme weather clothing is provided for the duration of your stay.

Day 1
Depart London for Arvidsjaur via Stockholm or Copenhagen
You will be greeted at the airport and transferred to the Laponia Hotel; (10 minutes)
Welcome drinks are served on arrival. Depending on your time of arrival each visitor is issued with thermal clothing for the duration of your stay
Dinner is served in the restaurant
Day 2
Breakfast - Today you have a busy schedule
A fun filled day; meet the huskies and take a short sleigh ride through the wonderful forests of Lapland. This is followed by a short snowmobile safari.
After lunch you will travel to Santa's home. He lives deep in the forest with his family and his reindeer, on your arrival Mrs Santa Claus and her little helpers welcome you with warm drinks. Then you look can around maybe visit the workshop, a busy place!
There is plenty of snow here in the forest around Santa's house; play with Santa's little helper's, it is lots of fun to tumble and play, try a ride on the sliding mats
All of the children will get to meet Santa and give him their Christmas wish-list; they will then take a short ride on Santa's sleigh pulled by his reindeer, before saying their fond goodbyes to Santa and his family and returning to the hotel
In the evening you will enjoy a wonderful festive dinner and celebration evening with a special visit from Santa, when each child will receive a small gift
Day 3
Breakfast - A morning for leisure
Enjoy the spa, sauna or some last minute activities, depending on your flight departure time you may wish to purchase one last exciting dog sleigh or snowmobile trip before you leave. Return your thermal clothing Transfer to the airport and return flights

You may wish to extend this trip allowing you to stay for three nights; the following prices would apply:

The Package Includes:
The package price is based on two sharing twin, double-room or family-room accommodation with flights from London; Accommodation Options: Various accommodation upgrades are available, including singles, mini-suites and deluxe suites with master bedroom and private sauna
The hotel has a child's play area video and DVD, indoor-pool, saunas, gymnasium and spa
An additional charge of £30-00 is levied for the use of individual machines and should the snowmobile suffer accidental damage, you, the customer is liable for the first 8000SEK of the cost of repairs, so please drive carefully.
Optional activities available locally Most additional activities can be organised and booked at the hotel reception
These include: Alpine skiing, cross-country, snowboarding, ice-fishing, ice driving with cars, quads and cross-carts, snowshoe walking, additional dog sleigh and snowmobile trips.

Occasionally weather conditions may be unsuitable or other circumstances may cause changes to the itinerary. We reserve the right to change the programe if this should be the case
Clothing
Although we provide all guests with high quality extreme weather clothing for the duration of their visit; in the form of hats, boots, suits and mitts. We must point out to all visitors that we strongly recommend that you travel in warm clothing; waterproof footwear and wear hats and gloves. Additional personal clothing should include thermal under garments, wool or thermal socks and additional layers of lightweight clothing such as vests. The temperatures really can be quite extreme and it is much more fun when you are warm!
