Day 1
Depart LHR for flights to Hemavan via Stockholm
You will be greeted at the airport by your host before making the short road transfer to your chosen accommodation. Please discuss with your host your requirements for day two. There will normally be time to explore the village and get to know the village before dinner (half-board guests)
Day 2
Alpine Skiing, Boarding or Cross Country Skiing
After breakfast you will be provided with your chosen ski equipment, passes before being taken to the lift station, you are then free to enjoy a fun filled day on the superb slopes or tracks of Hemavan, Alpine, boarding or cross-country skiing, the choice is yours. (Tuition is available locally at reasonable rates and can be arranged)
Day 3 : Morning
Morning: Snowmobile Safari
Snowmobile Safari; after breakfast you will visit Hemavan Outdoor centre, here you will receive safety equipment and instruction before you set out on a two hour snowmobile tour once again you can enjoy the true splendor and stunning scenery of Lapland whilst experiencing the thrill of modern petrol power, any children make this trip in the safety and comfort of a special sledge.
Day 3 : Afternoon
Afternoon: Meet the Huskies
Meet the Huskies; get to know these amazing animals before they take you on a true voyage of adventure across the frozen lakes and beautiful snow clad mountains forests of Lapland sit back and enjoy this traditional transport
Day 4
Departure
You will probably leave Hemavan early in the afternoon; you may simply wish to relax before leaving or you may prefer to purchase, one last morning on the hill or other additional activities, (Please pre arrange any activities for this period with your local host at Hemavan Outdoor) After returning your winter clothing you transfer to the airport for your return flights to the UK
An additional charge of £40-00 is levied for the use of individual machines and should the snowmobile suffer accidental damage, you, the customer is liable for the first 8000SEK of the cost of repairs, so please drive carefully
Accommodation options, include; singles, twin, double, mini-suites and family apartments.
Optional activities available locally
Additional activities can be organised and booked at the Hemavan Outdoor centre these include: Alpine skiing, cross-country, snowboarding, ice-fishing, snowshoe walking, additional dog sleigh and snowmobile trips

Clothing
Although we provide all guests with high quality extreme weather clothing for the duration of their visit; in the form of hats, boots, suits and mitts. We must point out to all visitors that we strongly recommend that you travel in warm clothing; waterproof footwear and wear hats and gloves. Additional personal clothing should include thermal under garments, wool or thermal socks and additional layers of lightweight clothing such as vests. The temperatures really can be quite extreme and it is much more fun when you are warm!

Flights
The package is displayed including return flights from London Heathrow Flights may also be available from the following regional airports: Belfast, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh & Dublin: A supplement of £45.00 per person will be charged. Due to the recent changes in tour operator flight pricing policy: in-flight meals are no longer included on the international flights
