Flights from the UK via Stockholm to Hemavan
Clients will be greeted at the local airport for the short transfer to the Hotel Trolltunet. Provision of winter clothing
Guests will be shown to their accommodation
Light refreshments are provided, prior to discussing the itinerary
Guests to relax and settle in
Time to take a walk, or play in the snow
Please provide small sledges and snow toys for use by the guests
Family Sauna and Hot Tub
A two course dinner is served in the restaurant.
Our play leader will be available during the early evening to help entertain the children Video or CD for the children Bar/lounge is open during the evening
Day 2
28th Dec

Half the party: Half Day Dog Sleigh Safari
A wonderful dog-sleigh adventure, into the wilderness on a thrilling voyage of discovery light lunch and drinks are provided beside an open fire in a Lappish tent
Half the party: Visit the Sami center
Today guests will be visit the Sami center Meet the Sami people; learn about Lapland, wildlife the way of life and how they take care of the reindeer. Listen to tales of their history and culture.
Sit around the fire whilst you sample some local food and drink On your return to the Trolltunet our play leader will be available to help entertain the children Family Sauna and Hot Tub A two course dinner is served in the restaurant Evening Bar/lounge opens for drinks, Light snacks and relaxation

Half the party: Half Day Dog Sleigh Safari

Half the party: Half Day Snowmobile Safari
Experience the wonders of Lapland as you take a half-day snowmobile safari. Drive over frozen lakes and beautiful mountain trails, we may even visit the largest national park in Europe, the "Vindelfjallens". We have over 400 kilometers of snowmobile trails around Hemavan and our excellent guides will make your trip comfortable, safe and exciting. Children or more senior guests travel in specially prepared sledges Helmet, clothing, drinks and light lunch are provided.
Half the party: Tarna Vilt shopping & sightseeing
Journey through the stunning snow-clad countryside of Lapland Enjoy lunch in the Lapp restaurant. You will also have the opportunity to take a look around and do a little gift shopping if you wish, you will have gathered a lot of memories during your visit, here you can browse and buy gifts to treasure and remind you of your stay Family Sauna and Hot Tub A two course dinner is served in the restaurant Evening Bar/lounge opens for drinks, Light snacks and relaxation
Day 5
31st December A day of your choice & Evening celebrations

A free day; maybe you would like to visit hotel reception earlier in your trip to arrange the hire of winter sports equipment or book an additional excursion? In the evening you will enjoy a wonderful festive dinner and celebration with music, fireworks and fun
Day 6
1st January New Years Day
A peaceful day morning, time to relax or enjoy some of the additional activities please contact your hosts or the Hemavan outdoor centre earlier in the trip to arrange equipment hire you may simply choose to relax

Day 8
3rd January - A morning for leisure
Customers may simply wish to relax, or maybe the would like to book some additional activities; another exciting trip on the snowmobiles, dog sleigh or even skiing or boarding, equipment hire and additional activities for this period can be arranged during your stay by speaking with your hosts.
Transfer to the airport for return flights via Stockholm to the UK
The package price is based on two sharing; twin, double-room accommodation. Various accommodation upgrades are available, including singles and family apartments are available An additional charge of £30-00 is levied for the use of individual machines and should the snowmobile suffer accidental damage, you, the customer is liable for the first 8000SEK of the cost of repairs, so please drive carefully

Optional activities available locally
Most additional activities can be organised and booked at the hotel reception or Hemavan Outdoor center
These include: Alpine skiing, cross-country, snowboarding, ice-fishing, ice driving with cars, quads and cross-carts, snowshoe walking, additional dog sleigh and snowmobile trips.

Clothing
Although we provide all guests with high quality extreme weather clothing for the duration of their visit; in the form of hats, boots, suits and mitts. We must point out to all visitors that we strongly recommend that you travel in warm clothing; waterproof footwear and wear hats and gloves. Additional personal clothing should include thermal under garments, wool or thermal socks and additional layers of lightweight clothing such as vests. The temperatures really can be quite extreme and it is much more fun when you are warm!
