Mountain Snowmobiles
A short break to the mountain village of Hemavan, set at the very foot of the amazing Tarna Mountains. Two full day snowmobile safaris are included, along with the choice of accommodation options depending on your needs, return flights, local transfers and special clothing for the duration of your stay. This package provides guests with the chance to enjoy skiing on the superb slopes or various other local pursuits during their free time

Day 1
Depart LHR for flights to Hemavan via Stockholm
You will be greeted at the airport and make the short transfer to the Hemavan Outdoor centre here you will be provided with the extreme weather clothing while your luggage is transferred to your accommodation at the Hotel Trolltunet
After being shown to your accommodation there will still be time to explore the village or maybe visit the slopes for some skiing
Dinner is served in the restaurant
Day 2
A full day snowmobile safari
After breakfast you will transfer to the Hemavan Outdoor Centre where you will receive special clothing, safety equipment and instruction prior to setting out on the first day of your voyage of adventure across the frozen lakes and beautiful snow clad mountains forests of Lapland
Lunch is taken during the trip
Dinner is served in the restaurant
Day 3: Morning
A full day snowmobile safari
After breakfast you will transfer to the Hemavan Outdoor Centre where you will receive special clothing, safety equipment before setting out on day two of your adventure Lunch is taken during the trip

Day 4
You will probably depart early in the afternoon, you may simply wish to relax or you may wish to purchase another additional activity. After returning your winter clothing you will transfer to the airport for your return flights to the UK

The package price is based on two sharing; twin, double-room accommodation, sauna use is included
Various accommodation upgrades are available, including singles and family apartments are available
Should your snowmobile suffer accidental damage, you, the customer is liable for the first 8000SEK of the cost of repairs, so please drive carefully

Optional activities available locally
Most additional activities can be organised and booked at the hotel reception or Hemavan Outdoor centre
These include: Alpine skiing, cross-country, snowboarding, ice-fishing, ice driving with cars, visit the Arctic Circle, visit the Daelvie Sami centre, snowshoe walking, additional dog sleigh and snowmobile trips

Occasionally weather conditions may be unsuitable or other circumstances may cause changes to the itinerary. We reserve the right to change the programe if this should be the case
Clothing
Although we provide all guests with high quality extreme weather clothing for the duration of their visit; in the form of hats, boots, suits and mitts. We must point out to all visitors that we strongly recommend that you travel in warm clothing; waterproof footwear and wear hats and gloves. Additional personal clothing should include thermal under garments, wool or thermal socks and additional layers of lightweight clothing such as vests. The temperatures really can be quite extreme and it is much more fun when you are warm!
