Day 1 : Wednesday 30th December
Flights are via Stockholm to Lycksele in Swedish Lapland, guests will be driven to the hotel where after checking in dinner is served in the restaurant. Settle in and enjoy the splendid hotel facilities
Day 2 - Thursday 31st December
Breakfast; your guide will meet at hotel before taking you to the amazing Arctic Zoo see a wonderful selection of animals in a delightful wilderness setting the tour includes lunch. You then move onto the Gammplatsen you will see many historic buildings and learn about the Sami way of life, also visiting the forestry museum where you will learn about the hardy lumberjacks and their way of life
Retuning to the hotel for a special New Year Dinner with celebrations
Day 3: Friday 01st January
Breakfast; your guide will meet afterwards and drive you through the winter landscape to Tautrask; enjoy a full filled day of activities which include – Dog Sleigh tour – bread baking – farm style lunch – Horses either riding or enjoying a horse drawn sleigh ride through the sparkling forest before returning to the hotel for relaxation and dinner
Day 4: Saturday 02nd January
Breakfast; your guide will collect you from the hotel, today you can try your hand at skiing – Cross country or downhill Dinner and relaxation at the hotel
Day 5: Sunday 03rd January
Breakfast; Enjoy the thrills of petrol power explore the winter wilderness on a two hour guided Snowmobiles safari – Lunch is followed by transfer to the local airport for your return flights
The package price is based on a minimum of two persons sharing twin, double-room, cottage or apartment accommodation and includes return flights from London

occasionally the weather conditions may be unsuitable or other circumstances may cause changes to the itinerary. We reserve the right to change the program if this should be the case. We do provide various snow toys such as snowshoes, sledges and snow toys, these are provided free of charge during your stay in Askilje
Clothing
Although we provide all guests with high quality external extreme weather clothing for the duration of their visit we do strongly recommend that you travel in warm clothing; waterproof footwear and wear hats and gloves. Additional personal clothing should include thermal under garments, wool or thermal socks and additional layers of lightweight clothing such as vests. The temperatures really can be quite extreme and it is much more fun when you are warm!

The package is displayed including return flights from London Heathrow Flights may also be available from the following regional airports: Belfast, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh & Dublin: A supplement of £45.00 per person will be charged. Due to the recent changes in tour operator flight pricing policy: in-flight meals are no longer included on the international flights
