A special Santa and activity break in Lapland, naturally your package includes the guided visit to the Arctic Zoo, see the animals, take lunch and of course that all important visit to Santa’s home
After breakfast on day two you will be taken by road to the peaceful village of Tuvträsk where you enjoy a day of fun activities and lunch at the arctic farm, meet Pasi and the amazing huskies in their winter home, make friends with them and take a ride on the frozen countryside trails. Sara will also introduce you to her horses before taking you on a horse drawn sleigh ride through the winter wilderness. Keep warm and enjoy your lunch beside an open fire in the traditional restroom. Pasi will also offer guests the opportunity to join him on a short snowmobile ride

Day 1
Flights are from the UK to Lycksele via Stockholm Arlanda, guests will be greeted at the airport before making the short road transfer to the hotel Lapland in Lycksele. Guests will be shown to your rooms and be issued with extreme weather clothing, hats, boots, suits and mitts. Dinner is served in the hotel restaurant then it is time to settle in and relax. The hotel offers excellent facilities, indoor pool, child play room, hot tub, spa and bar
Day 2 - Wilderness Farm - Activity Day
After breakfast on day two your guide will join you before taking you by road to the peaceful village of Tuvträsk where you enjoy a day of fun winter activities and lunch, meet Pasi and the amazing huskies in their winter home, make friends with them and take a ride on the frozen countryside trails. Sara will introduce you to her horses before taking you on a horse drawn sleigh ride through the winter wilderness. Keep warm and enjoy your lunch beside an open fire in the traditional restroom. Pasi will also offer guests the opportunity to join him on a short snowmobile ride, try the cross country skis and other snow toys – lot’s to do and enjoy your day! You will then return to the hotel for some welcome rest, relaxation and dinner
Day 3 - Santa and the Arctic Zoo
Breakfast is taken at the hotel; a little later your guide will join you and take to the superb arctic zoo where you will see many of the wonderful animals who live in the far north, including reindeer, moose and lynx. Naturally this wonderful setting is the home of Santa, as a family you can enter his special house, children can give him their wish list during the visit, afterwards children can move next door to listen to some short stories or be creative in the craft room, during your visit lunch is provided in the restaurant, there is even a very pretty gift shop for you to visit. Sadly you will leave Lycksele today so we return you to the hotel in time to change your clothes and collect your luggage before taking you to the airport for your return flights via Stockholm Arlanda and onward
The package price is based on two sharing twin, double-room or family-room accommodation with flights from London; Accommodation Options: Various accommodation upgrades are available, including singles, mini-suites and deluxe suites with master bedroom and private sauna
The hotel has a child's play area video and DVD, indoor-pool, saunas, gymnasium and spa
An additional charge of £30-00 is levied for the use of individual machines and should the snowmobile suffer accidental damage, you, the customer is liable for the first 8000SEK of the cost of repairs, so please drive carefully.
Optional activities available locally
Most additional activities can be organised and booked at the hotel reception
These include: Alpine skiing, cross-country, snowboarding, ice-fishing, ice driving with cars, quads and cross-carts, snowshoe walking, additional dog sleigh and snowmobile trips

Occasionally weather conditions may be unsuitable or other circumstances may cause changes to the itinerary. We reserve the right to change the programe if this should be the case
Clothing
Although we provide all guests with high quality extreme weather clothing for the duration of their visit; in the form of hats, boots, suits and mitts. We must point out to all visitors that we strongly recommend that you travel in warm clothing; waterproof footwear and wear hats and gloves. Additional personal clothing should include thermal under garments, wool or thermal socks and additional layers of lightweight clothing such as vests. The temperatures really can be quite extreme and it is much more fun when you are warm!
