Day 1
You will be collected from the airport and transferred to the hotel Storforsen
Guests will receive a welcome drink and light snack on arrival
Enjoy the rest of the day
Accommodation will be in a Mini-Suite with a veranda and personal sauna
Dinner is served in the restaurant
Day 2
Breakfast,
Today you meet the priest this meeting takes approximately one hour
You are then free to enjoy the rest of the day; you may wish to try a snowmobile or dog-sleigh. Activities can either be pre-booked or arranged at the hotel reception Accommodation will be in a Mini-Suite with a veranda and personal sauna
Lunch and dinner are included
Day 3
After breakfast you will prepare for the wedding ceremony which will take place in the beautiful chapel overlooking the stunning waterfall
The service will be conducted in English. Music for the service is provided
On completion of the ceremony you will return to the hotel for a three course wedding dinner served in the restaurant overlooking the falls. An initial drinks package is also included
Your accommodation tonight will be in the special Honeymoon Suite
Day 4
Breakfast
Guests will make the road transfer to the airport for their return flights to the UK
Important Information: Couples are entirely responsible for their own documentation All paperwork must be in place prior to arrival at Storforsen

Certificate of no Impediment stating marital status

Deed Poll proof of name change
Translation of documents by Foreign & Commonwealth Office, for every certificate and document are required
All documents must be legalised by the Legislation Office at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office at the Old Admiralty Building Whitehall London SW1A 2LG
Please note
that for extra security it may be advisable to send all documents by Recorded Delivery with the appropriate fee in the form of a cheque or postal order. When sending documents to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office indicate clearly the country in which they will be used and your full name, address and telephone number

If you do not hold a British passport it is your responsibility to contact your relevant Embassy to ensure you have the correct documentation.Documentation and charges can often change, it is vital to check with the relevant Embassy before arranging all your documentation
The only Christian religion present in Lapland is Lutheran. Lutheran priests may only provide blessings for members of other religions undertaking marriage ceremonies in Lapland and therefore you must agree to be married in a civil ceremony

Ice Hotel option:
Should you wish to extend your trip it is possible for us to arrange a romantic return rail trip with additional road transfers through the wonderful wilderness of Lapland to the Ice Hotel. Where depending on availability you can stay overnight, prior to returning to Storforsen
In order to plan and book this option it is essential that you book early!

Most additional activities can be organised and booked at the hotel reception
Please note
Occasionally weather conditions may be unsuitable or other circumstances may cause changes to the itinerary. We reserve the right to change the programe if this should be the case
An additional charge of £30-00 is levied for the use of individual snowmobiles and should the machine suffer accidental damage, you, the customer is liable for the first 8000SEK of the cost of repairs, so please drive carefully
Clothing
Although we provide all guests with high quality extreme weather clothing for the duration of their visit; in the form of hats, boots, suits and mitts. We must point out to all visitors that we strongly recommend that you travel in warm clothing; waterproof footwear and wear hats and gloves. Additional personal clothing should include thermal under garments, wool or thermal socks and additional layers of lightweight clothing such as vests. The temperatures really can be quite extreme and it is much more fun when you are warm!

The package is displayed including return flights from London Heathrow
Flights may also be available from the following regional airports: Belfast, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh & Dublin: A supplement of £45.00 per person will be charged.
